Craft and Vendor Information

Wyoming Stagecoach Days is a wonderful community celebration and a great opportunity to showcase your talents and products.

Filled with activities for all ages, including arts, live music & entertainment, and much more. This is an ideal opportunity to show off your company or organization. If you're interested in participating in Wyoming Stagecoach Days, please download and mail the Craft and Vendor Application (below). 

  • Entities receive a 10 x 10 booth space at $100.00 for the duration of the event.
  • Entities receive a 10 x 10 booth space Saturday only at $50.00
  • Electricity is offered this year!!! 120v 20a $75.00, 240v 50a $100.00 
  • Food Vendors must include a full menu when returning forms.
  • All Vender must submit ST19 forms at check in.

 

Make check payable to: Wyoming Fire Relief Association with “Wyoming Stagecoach Vendor” noted in the memo field.

VENDORS!!!

Start time for Friday is 3pm and Saturday start time is 10am. You can keep your booth open as long as you like. The event will be open until 12am Friday and Saturday. Security will be available the whole event however we do recommend to remove valuables nightly.
